THE MAN BEHIND LRM

THE PLAN STARTS WITH YOU.

Josh Courville is the coach and founder behind LRM Strength Systems, based in Kinder, Louisiana.

Josh's background in strength training, including Strongman and Powerlifting, has shaped the way he approaches coaching — but LRM is about much more than lifting heavy weights.

His philosophy is simple: understand the individual first, then build the system around them.

Every person has different goals, experience, preferences, challenges, and circumstances. LRM is designed to take those differences into consideration when developing training and nutrition plans.

THE LRM PHILOSOPHY

THERE IS NO ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL APPROACH.

Josh believes that a training or nutrition plan should make sense for the person following it.

Instead of handing everyone the same workout or nutrition template, LRM considers the individual — including their goals, training experience, likes and dislikes, lifestyle, schedule, allergies, age, and other relevant considerations.

These details help create a system that is practical, personal, and aligned with what the individual is trying to accomplish.

JOSH'S STRENGTH BACKGROUND

STRENGTH IS THE FOUNDATION.

Josh's experience in Strongman and Powerlifting gives LRM a strong foundation in serious strength development.

Strongman brings unique challenges through awkward objects, carries, pressing, pulling, loading, and full-body strength.

Powerlifting brings a different emphasis through the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

But the principles of good coaching extend beyond either sport. The same commitment to intelligent programming, progression, and individualization can be applied to many different goals.

TRAIN WITH PURPOSE.

INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING

YOUR LIFE MATTERS.

A good program has to work in the real world.

That's why LRM looks beyond sets, reps, and calories. Your schedule, preferences, experience, goals, and other relevant personal factors can influence how a plan is built.

The goal isn't to make you fit into a program. The goal is to create a program that makes sense for you.
